Reimagining Ergonomics With The Ergonomic Chair

If we’re being honest with ourselves, ergonomically designed furniture isn’t usually very visually appealing. And it definitely isn’t something you’d want to put anywhere prominent in your home. But now Head of Marble has reimagined what that might look like with The Ergonomic Chair. The emphasis is placed on it being comfortable and looking good anywhere.

This version of ergonomic seating doesn’t look mass-produced or made with molds – it looks handmade and inviting. Use it in your office, but also put it at the dining table or in the living room – wherever you need a comfortable place to sit for a while. The Ergonomic Chair even uses a chiropractic-specified design that features form-fitting, adjustable support to ensure there’s support in all the right places.

There are two versions of The Ergonomic Chair. The Original Version features solid wood throughout, while the Light Version features solid wood armrests and a metal frame. The version without hardware uses a hex key to make adjustments, though it arrives set to the ideal position for the average person. Head of Marble suggests that it’s best for commercial environments where a clean profile is preferred over personalized comfort. The version with hardware is, of course, much more suited to smaller environments with more frequent use. Upholstery color choices include Classic Grey, Beige, Navy, Off-White, Mustard, Pine Green, and Stone Grey. Fabric colors, as well as wood species and finishes, are available for trade professionals upon request.
